AIAN follows the AERO International Standards, which are based on the United States of America's Common Core curriculum (http://www.corestandards.org/).

Methods of instruction include and aim for collaborative teaching where students are very much a part of their own learning process. All teachers are given freedom to practice a variety of teaching philosophies and take part in professional development to remain at the forefront of global trends in instruction styles.

Besides ensuring that the specific AERO standards are met, AIAN aims to develop the whole person. This holistic approach to learning ensures that students will graduate from AIAN ready for whatever challenges they meet.
